Scheduling:
Infinity MRI and Diagnostics makes it easy for you to schedule your diagnostic medical exams. Please feel free to choose any of the following contact methods.
• Call our Katy Office at (281) 579-2991, or our Pearland Office at 281-997-9272 to speak with our scheduling representative.
• Fax the order from your doctor to us at (281) 579-2977.
• E-mail us with the type of exam your doctor has ordered. We will contact your doctor, gather your insurance information and get your exam pre-certified through your insurance company.
